Truman and I made a website on James Bell/cool papa. He was a baseball player and coached a lot of baseball stars until he died in 1991 at the age of 87.

Maya Angelou by Jaylee B. and Lindsay N.
She is a talented poet, writer, and performer. She has been in a lot of popular plays and has wrote many famous poems and quotes. She had a hard childhood and as an adult fought for black freedom rights.  We enjoyed making the websites and learning more about Maya. We liked learning more about black history month. We had a lot of fun looking up pictures, quotes, and poems that she wrote. She made a lot of speeches and we got to even hear one. She has had a lot of influences on people and she made influences on us this week. We are glad to have done this website.

I put all the info I got I put on the webpage. Then you tell who the person is and the paragraphs. And tell it is by and what it is for.

When we made a brochure we did a series of things. First we went to a special web site Mrs. Ramsey picked out. On that website we read a series of biographies. When we found three people we thought would be interesting. We wrote them in a Word Document. Then Mrs. Ramsey had a us pick which one we wanted the most and that one was assigned to us. If the one we wanted got taken  we still had others to choose. So when everyone had a person assigned to them we STARTED! First we found information and then when we were ready Mrs. Ramsey showed us how to make a website. Then as everybody finished we started making our websites.
