The girls have been participating in a Winter Girls Basketball
Clinic in the school gymnasium run by volunteer coaches
Dennis McCarthy and Heidi Wisniski. The goals of the clinic are to
introduce and reinforce the fundamentals of the game, and to keep
students active during the winter months. During halftime of two
Onekama High School basketball games, the girls had the opportunity
to display what they have learned in exhibition scrimmage games.
