thought the kids gave a great effort," said Jim Hunter, citing the
team's narrow defeat to Frankfort just 24 hours earlier. "We played a
tough, scrap-from-behind game the night before, and the kids still had
legs by the end of tonight. I think the biggest lead of the night was
five. We just couldn't get the ball in the hole at the end." The
Portagers were led by Jarett Sovereign's 18 points while Bryce Reckow
scored 17 with nine rebounds, four assists, and three steals, and Joe
