Tonight we played MCE at home, we
had to combine the teams because the Cardinals only have one team. In
the first game we won a very close game with the score 22-20. We
also won the second game 21-14. |
The 7th and 8th grade teams played
together to defeat MCE
We played five games tonight
since we had two teams combined and so we could have lots of playing
time. We ended up winning all five game with the score in the third
game was 21-12 and 21-17 in the fourth and in the fifth and final game
15-10. For the Portagers Anna Brown scored 14 points for the night.
Haley Maser added 9 points, Janique Berard and Sierra Warner scored 6
points each. Alexis Tribfelner scored 5 points, Taylor Mallison added 4
points. Sami Tiefenthal, Megan Schneider, Kayla Kosiboski and
Claire Harvey scored 3 points each. |
Brittany Humes scored 2
points, Emily Hippensteel and Mikelle Longsby scored 1 point each. It
was a fun night of volleyball and girls did very well.. ~Coach Keith |
