Portagers Win at Bear Lake!
Tonight's game against the Bear Lake Lakers
started out with the Lakers taking an early lead but the Portagers came
back hard and led 8 to 4 at the end of the first quarter and went on to
win the game by a score of 30 to 12. |
Emily "Sweet M" Pomeroy led
in scoring with 12 points with Jennica Mathieu and Jaylee Brown chipping
in with 8 and 6 points respectively for a nicely balanced scoring
attack. Lindsey Nesburg and Gabrielle Bellinger added to the scoring
with 2 points each. Madalyn Harvey played stellar defense to help seal
