Onekama's 6th Grade vs MCC

Dear Mrs. Eldridge,
 I am participating in basketball this year. The pressure is easy to over come because all your friends are cheering you on. It is really fun playing against Brethren because they are not a challenge to our team. I love to play because it lets me have fun with my friends during the weekends when we have practice. Our coaches are really cool because they teach us and don't yell at us. They are really cool because they let everybody play equal time. That's why basketball is my favorite sport ever.

Dear Mrs. Eldridge,

On Saturday at our basketball game we played MCC. We got beat really bad. The score was 41-14. They have some nice 3 point shooters. I scored 2 point. The person on are team who had the most points was Michael with 8. There guys were a lot faster than us so they got more points. This was what happened at our basketball game.

Mrs. Eldridge,
In basketball we are doing pretty good. We are 2 and 1. we lost to M. C. C. and beat Brethren twice. Basketball is really fun and I like to play it. I'm number two, and my position is wing.

Basketball is hard, but its not supposed to be easy. It takes discipline, hard work, and a lot of effort. We won the first two games against Brethren, but lost the third game against M. C. C.

Dear Mrs. Eldridge,       
 At the game Saturday we played MCC at home. We had a bad loss but we are going to beat them next time. I still can’t believe that number ten shot all those threes and only mist one. The refs didn't catch a lot of the fouls that happened.

 We had a basketball game January 20th. We had a very hard game that day. The end score was 41-14. Our team was having a hard time scoring anything. The rim was just not liking us. But we pushed on and keep going. Michael scored 8. Derek scored 2. And Quinn scored 4. That was our first loss. Our Record is 2-1.

On Saturday we played against MCC. It was an ok game. We lost 14-41. I liked it because we were challenged and I played for 3 quarters. The only reason we did so bad was because #10 was swishing threes. It was ok.
