Tonight we traveled to MCE for a tri meet
with the Cardinals and Freemont Providence Christ. We played the first
game against MCE , which was our conference match. In the first game we
struggled and didn't play together as a team and lost 8-25, in the
second game we looked a little better but the Cardinals we very tough on
the net and we lost 13-25. In the third and final game we lost 15-25.
We just couldn't get it together tonight, we looked very nervous out on
the floor and didn't play together well tonight. Niki Slater scored 5
points, serving at 100% with 9 digs, 4 spikes. Jennica Mathieu added 4
points with 14 digs, 1 block and 5 assists. Kailani Buckner scored 5
points, with 18 digs, 3 spikes and 12 sets. Ashley Hobart also helped
by scoring 3 points, serving at 100%, 10 passes, 5 spikes, 1 block and 1
assists. Katie Prielipp helped by playing the Libero and dug up 13 hit
out of the back row. Sherece Revolt had 20 digs, with 9 set and 5
tips. Lindsay Nesburg served up 100%, with 4 digs. Ashley Schultz
helped with 5 passes in the back row, along with Diamond Kimpel adding 2
digs and 2 spikes. MCE is a really tough team and they play really well
together and tonight they were no match for us. |
In the second match we played Freemont
the best two out of three and lost in two game 7-25 and 23-25. Niki
Slater scored up 5 points with 100% serving, 16 digs, 4 spikes, 1
assist and 1 tip. Ashley Hobart scored 3 points, 7 digs, 3 spikes
with 1 kill and 2 assists. Jennica Mathieu added 2 points with 100%
serving, 13 digs, 3 spikes, 1 block, 3 assists and 1 tip. Sherece
Revolt added a point with 27 digs, 10 sets and 3 tips. Kailani
Buckner also added a point with 100% serving, 23 digs, 3 spikes, 15
sets and 1 tip. Ashley Schultz served up 100% with 11 digs, 1 spike
and 1 assist. Lindsay Nesburg served at 100% with 3 passes and 3
assists and 1 tip. Katie Prielipp dug up 8, with 3 assists.
Diamond Kimpel had 1 spike with 1 assist. Tonight was just not our
night, we struggled with many things on the court, but I seen a lot
of great thing also, I think we expected them to not be that tough
every year but they are and they always have the number they need to
feel great teams.
