Our second tri-meet at Bear Lake with the Lakers and the Baldwin Panthers was Aug. 26th.  We change it to 2 out of 3 so the night wouldn't last too late.  We played Baldwin first and in the first game they beat us 22-25, then in the second game we started playing better as a team and won 25-13.  Then this took us to the third game which ended up being really close but we pulled it off with a win 15-12.  Nicole Slater led the team in scoring with 15 points,  Ashley Hobart added 9 points for the Baldwin game.  Sherece Revolt and Jennica Mathieu both served at 100% with Jennica scoring 8 points and Sherece scoring 4.  Kailani Buckner came up with 2 points for the Baldwin game.  We were missing two players tonight which made for one spare on the bench.

In the second game of the night we played the Lakers, we came out hard and won 25-19, then lost the next one 21-25, and then lost the third one 12-15, which gave the Lakers the win for the match.  Nicole Slater once again led us in points with 7, Ashley Hobart and Ashley Schultz both added 6 points each with Ashley Schultz serving at 100%.  Jennica scored up 4 points and Kailani and Sherece both made two points.  I enjoyed the tri-meets this year made for a fun night to play two different teams in the same night.  We have one more tri-meet so far this season in MCE.
