The showdown
that gets everyone excited, Onekama verses Bear Lake, was a game that
the Portagers prevailed in by a score of 51-41. The Portagers played a
great 1st half outscoring the Lakers 20-6 in the second
quarter, while showing great execution throughout the entire game.

Fighting
back in the 4th, the Lakers gave the Portagers a run for their money
cutting the large lead to within 8. The Portagers stayed collected and
got win #2 on the season. It was an exciting night celebrating Paige’s
Birthday, watching the Future Stars play at halftimes, and having a
