After our visit to Wisconsin,
we headed home to Michigan.

Mrs. Lyman shows her muscle while Mr. Finan looks on. (Mrs. Eldridge stays safely behind the camera.)

"After rescheduling the Badger trip for Friday, it was a smooth ride over and a rough ride back. A great time was had by all the students and chaperones." ...Mrs. Lyman

"I had a lot of fun today. ...I am glad I got to go." ...Meghan

"When Mrs. Eldridge would find us she would hand us a pen and paper and ask us to write down our thoughts."

"When I went on the Badger we had a lot of fun. We played a lot of Bingo. On the way back a lot of people got sick because the wind made big waves so it rocked the boat." ...Jake

"The most interesting thing was at the end of the trip a boy puked. He tried to make it overboard but the wind picked it up and made it land on his shoes." ...Brandon (..for a more graphic description of this event, see Brandon)

"I think I am finally getting my sea legs although I still have trouble walking on deck. The wind is so strong that if I weighed 50 pounds less I'd get blown away. It's really fun to stand, face the wind, and HOLD ON TIGHT!" ...Todd

"Up and down, up and down, can't leave the arcade. A man is singing behind me. I feel really, really sick." ...Tim

We counted students about 20 times. At the final count we were very pleased with ourselves. Great, two trips to Wisconsin on the Badger and we never lost one student. We did, however lose one chaperone last year and another this year. HUMMMM

"I was on the wrong side of the boat when they called for Onekama to board their bus. I was caught in a crowd about 50 people back, just hoping the bus wouldn't leave without me." ...Lance's mother

"My Mom is just trying to make up excuses. We all know she was lost. It is just lucky I noticed she wasn't on the bus as we started driving back to Onekama." ...Lance
