The eighth grade
volleyball team traveled to Bear Lake last night for a
quad match with Brethren, Manistee Catholic Central, and
Bear Lake. The eighth graders faced Bear Lake first and
won the match by winning the first game 21-17, losing
the second one 21-19, and winning the third one 15-11. |
Then
they faced MCC and they won the first two games to
win the match. They won the first game 21-19 and
they won the second one 25-24 to win the match.

Then
last game of the night they came up just short. They
won the first game 21-12 and lost the second game in
overtime 24-22. It came down to the last game of the
night and it went back and forth, but Brethren pulled it
out in the end 15-12 to win the match. Great Job
