Middle School Football Success on September 14,
2011
Great first game last night ! We
received the opening kickoff and quickly marched down the field and put
eight points on the board. Later in the first, we revisited the end zone
once again, two point conversion was unsuccessful. After that, the game
became a defensive tug of war with a strong finish by the Portagers to
keep the Sabers out of the end zone. We rang the victory bell with a 14
– 0 victory ! All the hard work over the past weeks really paid
off…..but there’s no time to rest….we need to get ready for the Baldwin
