As our team continues to improve, I am
happy with the girls performance. Many of the girls are running an
offense for their first time ever, so it is a work in progress.
Today's tournament was a tough one. Our first match was against
Ludington. The score was 21-9 and 21-6 both games going to
Ludington. Our second match was against Lake City. The score was
21-10 and 21-11 Lake City. Our third match of the tournament was
against Houghton Lake. Houghton Lake took the first game 21-9 but we
really dug in the second game and won 22-20. Our final match of the
day was against Bear Lake although it was close we won 21-19 the
first game and the second game 21-19 as well. I am proud of the
progress of my players and will continue to build on that.
