Onekama won the junior varsity match

Tonight was our first home game in the new gym, where we played the Brethren Bobcats. We won in two game with the scores 25-17 and 25-18. Claire Harvey scored 3 points with 100% serving with one ace and 6 digs with 2 spikes. Sierra Warner served up 8 points with 92% serving with 5 digs. Sami Tiethenthal also served up 8 points with 73% serving and 3 digs with 1 spike. Faith Moerdyk added 3 points with one ace serve and 9 passes. Kaylan Fitch also added 3 points with 11 digs. Becky Cunningham added 1 point with 1 ace and 13 digs with 4 spikes and one set. Emily Hippensteel helped out with passing and Samantha Monroe had a pass and an assist. This was a great win for our first home game and hope to see more wins through out the season. ~Coach Keith
