First up was the Varsity boys run and they put all the divisions together for each race so their place will be their overall finish out of about 260 boys. The boys took 1st in their Division 4 and got a trophy with 300 points. They were followed by MCE 454 and Glen Lake 482. Finishing 46th Josh Groewald 18:32 & medal; 47th Luke Allen 18:35 & medal; 53rd Nate Milarch 18:47 & medal; 62nd Nick Swisher 19:03 & medal; 92nd Dan Diesing 19:48 & medal; 104th Casey Pomery 20:23; & 122nd Justin Carter 21:08. |
The girls also took 1st place in their Division 4 and got a nice trophy out of about 144 runners. BL/OHS/MCC 160 points, 2nd Sutton Bay 194 points. Overall results for girls are 4th Erica Jach 21:09 &medal; 16th Sam Mitchell 22:22 & medal; 29th Jackie Bladzik 22:49 & Medal; 44th Elsie Oclenik & medal; 67th Renee Pienta 24:02; 78th Sam Bladzik; and 86th Cali Schodel 24:02. In the JV race the boys finished 2nd with 438 point to MCE 379 points for 1st place. Nick Schmoke got a PR today. Kellen Story, Jordan Wilson, Andy Desmarais, Jamie Kirk, Stephanie Keith, Crystal Luce ran. In the Middle school race the results are for the boys & girls. They finished 9th as a team overall out of all the divisions. Led by 6th place Scott McKreel 12:13 & medal; 15th Eric Maddox 13:04 & medal; 61st Justin Zupin 15:10; 66th Chad 15:12; 89th Jaron Llewellyn ; 99th Shawn Gonyon ; 111th Troy? For the girls Courtney Swisher finished 96th overall between boys & girls and got a medal in a time of 16:02 and Sam finished 212th place. In the Middle all runners got a ribbon for taking part. |
