Our class had a Native American project due after Christmas break. I had it done on the 24th. When we had to show them, off it was pretty cool they were all really good. I got an A 40/40. I think it was a good project, easy and hard. ~Travis R.

It was fun. I like all of the projects. It was nice. My diorama is nice. I like Hayden's project the best. ~Matthew

The Native American Project was a lot of fun. Making my project with my mom was very fun. I learned a lot about my Native American group (the Hopis). All the other projects were fun to look at. I think every one did really well making there projects. I liked how every project was different. I hope every one had as much fun as I did making there projects. ~Chloe

Most of these photographs were taken through the view hole in the box. The dioramas turned out really well. The students put a lot of time and effort into them. They were completed above and beyond my expectations! ~Mrs. Brown

My diorama was about the south west. I did the Hopies as my tribe. They lived in a house called a pueblo. They hunted buffalo by chasing them off a cliff.  They made bread by making a little stove in an ovel shape. I had a great time doing my project.  ~Austin H.

For social studies we had to make a Native America Diorama. My Native American group was Northwest Coast. It is by lots of water. It was really fun to make. Everyone's project was great. A lot of them of the projects had movable parts. I loved making and looking at all the projects. Hope we can do something like this again. ~Hanna H

My Native American Project was fun! I got 40 out of 40! Mine was based on Middle America I chose the Aztecs. In my project there was a light, a house, plants and trees, animals, people, and a fire. Most of the stuff was made of construction paper. Everybody had such good projects I wish we could do the project again! ~Kylie G.

For my Native American diorama I chose the Pacific Northwest, Chinooks, and Makahs. I included every thing on the list. Even the movable part. I used clay, wood, real plants, and birch bark. There may have been more, but those are the first things that popped into my head. I used a really big box. The animals I used were whales, gulls, and humans. There were flaps on top that you could move up and down to make the gulls move. The plants were cedar, and hemlock. I also put some vegetables in a basket. I included the house type, and even made totem pole! It was fun making my Native American diorama. ~Eleanor S.

Native American Project diorama. My project was on the southwest. I had to put in a pueblo and people and food. My project was easy. my dad and mom helped me. I had to put in a landscape in it. Then I put saw dust on my pueblo it blended in. Then I put pin trees in it and dirt on my pueblo and i don't put a moving thing. I put a fire place in it. ~Taylor Y.

My diorama is the South West. They lived in the dessert. They live in pueblos. They grew corn. I pick the south west because I like  there race. ~Ian

I did the Aztecs. My dad help me with it. He did the house and I like it a lot. When I turn my project in to the class everybody did too. we look in the box and I liked everyone's. it was cool. Then Mrs. Brown said we need to bring it to the Library. we put it in a group. Some of it I did at Florida. Everybody was happy because they bring there in time and I was of me and dad because we did it together. Then Mrs. Brown said we can bring it home. When I got there I told my dad what I got. he was happy because we worked so hard. ~Griselda A.

I've done a project about the Eastern Woodlands. I've gotten a B+ and I was happy. My father helped me on it so as my grandparents. my father done the longhouse and the gluing and I've done the placing, making, and the gathering for my project. my classmates thought it was cool. We made it out of wood chips, play doe, pine branches, pine cones, foam, glue and cardboard. ~Hayden

Today I will be talking about my Native American project. So I did not use a shoe box i used a different box. My project was about the Eastern woodlands. i put a  chief in the front of the box and i put a tipi behind him. Then I made a gardin and i put  a deer and a buffalo and I'll say i did Ok that's all i have to say. Sincerely. ~Nickolas G.

We made the Native American projects for the chapter that we read in our social studys book. There are many different tribes. There's the Northwest coast, south west, Great Plains, Eastern Woodlands, Middle America. I did the Eastern Woodlands they lived in small villages. In the small villages there are long houses that held lot's of people in them. It was fun making them. ~Cody H.
