The Manistee County seventh grade
quiz bowl competition was held was held in the media center of
Kaleva Norman Dickson School between Bear Lake, Onekama,
Manistee, and Brethren.

In game one Onekama
beat Brethren 150-45 advancing them to round two where they were
victorious over Bear Lake. In the final game it was Manistee
working their way out of the losers bracket to face Onekama for
the championship. The match ended on the buzzer with Onekama-85
and Manistee -80.
All students participating need to be commended for their
continuous academic learning. They are extraordinary students
who all represented their schools with great pride. |
