Today we learned about robotics. A
team called Lake Effect. They brought a robot in. We got to see it move
and shoot balls. It was really cool because engineers come to
competition to control it and its kind of like a remote control person.
It's made out of metal and I love technology. I might be in it when I
grow older. I am pretty sure I want to be in the lego club. It is very

Today the Onekama robotics team came
to talk about their robot. Their robot could shoot balls Their working
on this years robot. They have 6 weeks to finish it. After there done
they ship it off to another competition. If you do well, you can get
scholarships. I'm very interested about the robotic's team and I can't
wait till 6th grade! ...Anna, grade 4
Today we learned about our
Robotics Team. In the time when they have done these things, I think
only one broke from shipping. When the robot gets there the people come
and stay for three days! When their there they meet the other
contestants. If another team needs something for their robot another
team gives it to them. When I grow up I would like to be on their team.

Today we learned about lectronic.
You have to be in high school when you be on the team. I want to be on
the team when I grow up. They supposed to have 12 players on a team.
Their team cam in 9th. They lost the game. The camera got hit by a ball
and it knocked over on the ground. It was into pieces when the game was
over. Tonight they have a spaghetti dinner (before the February 2 ball
game to raise money for their club). ...Hailey
Some things I learned about is
how they build robots. It shot balls at a certain speed. He told me how

Today we learned about robots from
the lake effects robotics team. This sport is about helping others. You
can go to a great university by doing this. I want to join the lego
club. It sounds sweet. I build sweet lego structures at my brother's
friends house. I would love to do these things. ...Aaron, grade 4
Today we learned about a robot. The
robot shot balls out of the nots. The Robotic Team had six weeks to
finish their robot. They said you can do the legos in 6-8th grade. It
sounds like it would be interesting to join the Robotics Team.

Today the robotics team came to
our class. Their team name is Lake Effect. They brought their robot in
that they used last year. Then they told us about a lego team that

Today we learned about robotics.
On their robot they had these wheels that helped the ball launch out of
the robot. I think they said that when the ball launches it goes twenty
mph. One of the robotics club members tried to catch the ball. Mr. Neph
even tried to catch the ball. It was fun for the robotic club to come

Today the Onekama's robotics team
came to the 4th grade classroom. The 4th grade and the 5th grade learned
about robots. They told us about their robot. They told us about the

came to Mrs. Brown's classroom. He talked about the robot. They made
friends with Frankfort. He said it was a math and science job. They
