pancake breakfast was to start March Reading Month. The
theme for March is Michigan. We had Michigan apple juice,
Michigan syrup and lots more. ...Moriah, grade 5 This morning we had pancakes at school. I had syrup on my pancakes. The pancakes were very good. We had it for reading month. whole breakfast was delicious! ...Joe, grade 5 It was a good breakfast. I only had syrup on my pancakes. Some people had blueberries on the pancakes. We sang the Michigan song. Everyone was there. I sat by Julie and Hanah and they sat by me too. Hanah only had syrup. So did Julie. Duwane was sitting by Hailey, Bernice was sitting by Hailey. Jordan was sitting by Jarett and Mrs. Bromley. we had the March Reading Month Pancake Breakfast Kick
off. For March this year we are writing about Michigan.
So during breakfast we had foods from Michigan like

liked the apple juice...a lot...a little too much. After

elementary all went down to the cafeteria and ate
pancakes with Michigan made syrup. I think it was nice of
Mr. Keith, Mrs. Keith, and Deeanna to take time to make

At the pancake breakfast this morning we got two pancakes. We got chocolate milk or white milk. Then we got apple juice. There were two kinds of syrup. There was blueberry and the normal syrup. The breakfast was for March reading month. Now at school we will be reading for 15 minutes in the morning. It is nice all the classes from first grade down to fifth could come.
