La Noche Buena.
T'was the the night before Christmas,
And all through the second year class,
Students were dressed as sleepy children or elves
Practicing their lines,
With mucho cuidado
In hopes that Senorita would feel obligada
To bring them Buenas Notas y otros regalos.

On December 22, Ms. Tharp's Spanish II class performed a semi-translated version of La Noche Buena to area first grade students.
