In celebration of National Hispanic Month, Miss Tharp's High School Spanish class enjoyed sampling authentic Mexican Enchiladas and fruit sodas and listening to Mexican pop music. The food was prepared and provided by Aaron Gamez, Marisela Garcia, Rocio Vera and Marcela Hernandez. The food preparation took about three hours and relied on the expertise of these students. Rocio, Marisela, Marcela and Aaron were proud to share their culture with their classmates. It was an enriching experience for all. |
