Finally we have lots and lots of snow. Now we can go sledding down the school hill. We even have help from some of the fifth grade "Peacemakers".

There goes Mr. K. now! Who is on the sled with him?

We learn to write words about sounds. We read what we wrote, too.

Ryan P. is Onekama Elementary's Student of the Month for December. Mr. K. said, "Whenever I see Ryan, he is polite, very helpful to others, and being a good friend. I have seen his fellow classmates sitting alone and Ryan will sit beside them and be a good friend." Ryan is also an excellent student.

With all the snow, we thought it was a good time to make snowpeople.
