Spanish Classes

After her D.K. students are dismissed, Mrs. Veryser spends the last two hours of the day teaching Spanish. The students in grades K-5 have Spanish once a week for 20-30 minutes. The sixth graders have Spanish twice weekly. The students are learning numbers, colors, months and body parts. They also sing songs in Spanish and play games using their new vocabulary.

"Spanish Bingo" and "Limbo Stick" are favorite games.
