Science we are studying Simple Machines. We are doing experiments with levers. We are
trying to balance the ruler with pennies. It is like a
see-saw.

We
learned that a lever helps us when we want to lift heavy objects. A lever
rests on a sturdy object called a fulcrum. A lever has
three components: fulcrum, effort, and resistance.

 Our group (Julie M. Darrel H, Emily B. and Katie R) is trying to fill our the work sheets. We can do it because we say, "Never say never when it comes to a lever!" |
