Everyone enjoyed visiting with Mr. and Mrs. Hughes. They had so many exciting things to share. Here we are posing with Mr. and Mrs. Hughes.

Dear Mr. & Mrs. Hughes,

Thank you for coming to our class room. I learned a lot. My favorite parts were seeing the arrow heads, looking at the glasses and seeing the year book. I also liked hearing about Harriet Quimby. I really appreciated you coming.

Mrs. Hughes has been very involved in researching the early history of Arcadia.

How wonderful to see these old photographs, maps and postcards! The Harriet Quimby air mail stamps were first issued in about 1991.
