On
Saturday October 22, Paul Oliver Memorial Hospital in cooperation with
Onekama Area Girl Scouts
provided a "SafeSitter" course at Onekama School. The participants are
instructed on babysitting as a business, child care, safety, injury
management and choke prevention. |
At the end of the class the participants are
required to pass a certification test. Each class is limited to 8
participants to facilitate more hands on time. All participants must be
at least 11 years old. The girls should be very proud for completing
this course! |
