Ms. Turk’s 6th grade Reading Class and Mrs. Catanese’s 3rd graders are taking turns reading and sharing stories. Weeks that 3rd graders come to Ms. Turk’s room, the 6th graders read the story, Loser, by Jerry Spinelli. Weeks that Ms. Turk’s class goes to Mrs. Catanese’s class, the 3rd grade share stories of their choice. |

| I can't wait to read Loser to the little kids. They are going to enjoy it as much as we are. I wonder if they will like the part where the boys wearing the 3ft hat in the classroom with every one laughing at him? If not, it is still funny to me. ~Ben Reinhard |
It was kind fun make and read are
abc books to the kindergarteners. Now
we are going to read a book called Loser. I have already read
the first chapter. I really do not like to read but I think it will be kind of fun. The book Loser looks like a good book. ~Nick DeLeon |
