Miss Turk's 6th Grade Classes Visited the Kindergarten Classes to Share their ABC Books.

Hello Mrs. Eldridge!
Around a week ago Ms. Turk's reading class, in which I am part of, went to Mr. K and Mrs. Lyman's classes to share our ABC books to the smaller kids. Our ABC books are books we made about ourselves. For each letter in the alphabet, we had to write a word about either ourselves, our family, things we like, and  things we don't like.
I was sent to Mr. K's class. Once there, I sat down and told them my name and asked for theirs. The four kids were very enthusiastic, and had some great stories to tell me. They all listened very well, and everyone of them were being very polite and nice.
Alas, the time came to leave. I had to say good-bye to the future sixth-grade alphabet book makers. It was saddening for me to leave them, but of course, you can't hold on to them forever!  On  Friday's we will be sharing a book called 'Loser' To Mrs. Catanese's third graders. I am very excited to once again, help the younger kids in learning. Well, thank you for reading this.
Have a nice day!

It was kind of scary because I am shy, but I don't think they understood what I said so it didn't really matter.  I didn't have fun but, I think the kids did. ~Logan Fogarty

We read to the kids. A lot of the kids laughed. They enjoyed it. I enjoyed it. The kids had fun. Thank you for invited us.  ~Levi Mattison

In Ms. Turk's class, we made ABC books about ourselves. It was really fun even though it was sort of hard to find a good word for every letter that was about us. In the end, though, we read it to the lower elementary,  and they said they enjoyed them. It was a fun assignment.

It was kind fun make and read are abc books to the kindergarteners.  Now we are going to read a book called Loser. I have already  read the first chapter.
I really do not like to read but I think it will be kind fun. The book Loser looks like a good  book.

Last week our 6th class went down to the Mr. K's, and Mrs. Lyman's  class rooms. We read our ABC books to them. It was all right. I read my book to three kids in Mrs. Lyman's class. One was my friends brother, another one was my brother's friends sister, and the last one was my DARE teachers daughter. They were all very good listeners. I think that they enjoyed  us coming in and reading to them. I hope that they enjoyed my story. I think that they liked it.
