This track season has been great!!! I ran in the 800 meter run, the 100 meter dash, and the 3200 relay team. I got 1st place in the 800 meter dash 2 outta the 4 meets we ran in but i wasnt there for one of them so i basicly got first 2/3 of the time. In the 100 I always got 2nd or 3rd. In the 3200 relay we always got first, BUT at the very last meet we broke a record that had been around for 11 years the time was 10:01, but we got a 9:57. We beat it by 4 seconds it was very exciting we were all very happy and so was everyone else. Just to think that we beat an 11 year old record was great!!! This track season has been very great. I can't wait until next year for track!!

Dear Mrs.Eldrige,
This year was my first year of track. The track team was both 7th and 8th grade. This year was a great year we took the conference this year and it was great. I always thought that the track team would be great and it was. This year our team had some up and downs but we still fought like a team and we had success. My favorite track meet this year was when we went to Breathern and it was our 1st track meet and we got first and i got 3rd in the high jump, my relay team got 2nd. I also liked  being with my friends and meeting new friends was great. So yeah that is how my track life went.
Sincerely,
Adrian Norman

Dear Mrs. Eldridge,

I really enjoyed playing track. It was really fun and got me in shape. It was hard at times but overall I really liked it. At some of the practices we got to play games; I really liked doing that. I also liked running with all of my friends and hanging out with them at the meets. I really liked our coaches because they pushed us to do our best. Some of the events I was put in events I didn’t like but I got through it with my friends cheering me on the way. I was so happy when I found out that we had won the tournaments. I think it was fun that we got to do this sport with the kids of bear lake. We made new friends and pushed ourselves in ways we never thought we could. I am already exited for track next year so I can meet new friends and run new events.

Sincerely,

Lindsay

Dear Mrs. Eldridge,
I had a great time doing track, but I'm sad that it's over. I was hoping to break a record but I didn't, but there's still next year so I hope I break one then. But we had a great season, both the girls and boys got first in the conference.

I'm glad I did track though. I am because I met a lot of new people and it kept me in shape. But anywase I had a great time doing track and hope that others do too.

Sincerely,

Danielle W.

Dear Mrs. Eldridge,

The track season was pretty fun. My favorite thing to do was pole vault. I also did the 70 meter dash and the 200 meter dash. Over when we were at Benzie I got 4th place in the 200 meter dash. This is why track was fun.

Sincerely

 Nolan
