Sixth Grade Girl Scouts participated in a community service project this past week.

The 10 girls assembled six different activity packets that will go home to all new kindergarten students registered for kindergarten for the 2007/2008 school year.  Many of the skills that kindergarteners learn are taken for granted however these packets will help parents work with their children over the summer or at least allow parents to identify areas of strength or areas that need some work.  Our goal is to show all kindergarteners the same skills that they are typically exposed to during their kindergarten career.  This bag of activities will help us help them be successful.
