On a cloudy, warm and humid afternoon at WSCC. MCE held the MCE Classic Invitational. In a XC meet were once again the 9th & 10th graders run together and the 11th & 12th graders run together boys and girls are separate then they take the 2 best times from each group and the 3rd past time from either group.

The BL/OHS boys team they took 1st place and got a nice trophy. The girls got 4th place.

For Junior High runners they put the boys and girls together and our young girls and boys came away with the 1st place. Junior High Runners run only 2 miles compared to the 3.1 miles that the 9th thru 12th graders run.

For the Boys

• 4th Danny Brown 12:49 Medal
• 5th Ryan Pienta 12:58 Medal
• 7th Lewis ??? 13:11 Medal

For the Girls

• 2nd Katherine Schmoke 15:04 Medal
• 3rd Kaitlin Matesich 17:30 Medal

The next meet will be a conference meet Wednesday 9/14/05 at MCE XC field at 4:15 P.M.
