The
6th grade boy's basketball team played in the Freesoil
tournament Saturday. On Saturday Feb.11 they
defeated Bear Lake 24-16 and progressed to the winners
bracket on the next Saturday. |

Saturday
Feb. 18 they played a tough Manistee team - the only team
that has defeated them this season- and won a hard-fought
battle, 20-17, moving on to the championship game.
Frankfort defeated Pentwater on the other side of the
winner's bracket, so we played Frankfort for the
championship, which we won handily 28-13. The boys
