7th grade girls we led in scoring by Alyssa with 11 points followed by Megan with 4, Carmen with 4 and Kelsey with 1.

October 19: Runner-Up Winners

Consolation game: Brethren 13 - Bear Lake 11
Championships game: MCE 31 - Portagers 24
Scoring for the runner-up Portagers was Kelsey 10 points, Alyssa 5 points, Kieran 4 points, Courtney 3 points and Megan with 2 points.
They received a nice Runner-up Plaque for the trophy case.

Congratulations 7th grade girls Coach Burtch on a fine basketball season.

October 19: Trophy Winners

Consolation game: MCE 30 -- Bear Lake 10
Championship game: Onekama Portages were crowned champions over Brethren by a score of 22 to 18 in a very close game. Portagers were led in scoring by Stephie with 12 points, Amber with 4 points, Marlee & Danielle each chipped in with 2 points a piece followed by Ronnie & Megan with 1 point each They received a nice 1st place Plaque for the trophy case.
