Hunger Games

Friday, March 23 the middle school and high school students went to the theater to watch the new movie The Hunger Games. We took about 175 students 6th-12th grade. The seniors have read the book the last couple of years and it is one of those books that EVERYONE reads. We figured that about 150 of the students that went actually read the book. It was exciting for all of us and even more so to watch together AND on opening day. Scott McKenney and I started planning this trip before Christmas break and we were just as excited as the students.  ~Mrs. Nikki Torrey
