The Onekama Band Boosters hosted a celebration at the Bear Lake Manor for students who participated in the band program, and their families.

 Students were presented with various awards for participation in solo and ensemble and honors band. They also received T-shirts and Onekama Band recognition pins. Several students played pieces from this year’s solo and ensemble festivals.

 Scholarships to attend summer music programs were awarded to Emily Barnard, Claire Harvey, and Lauren Pokorzynski.  Flutist Madalyn Harvey will be traveling to Europe this summer with Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp International Program.
