The JV Lady Portagers came out with a bang
and won the first game 25-18. In the second game they struggle on the
floor and lost their communication with each other and lost 14-25. In
the third game they just couldn't turn it around and lost 8-15. For the
Portagers, Jennica Mathieu led with 6 point serving at 100%, with 18
digs and 9 sets and 1 tip. Kailani Buckner scored 4 points with 1 ace
serve, 19 passes, 8 sets and 2 tips. Ashley Schultz also scored 4
points, with 1 ace, 11 digs and 3 sets. |
Nicole Slater scored 3 points at 100%,
with 2 ace serves, she added 19 digs and 2 spikes. Lindsay Nesburg also
scored 3 points with 2 ace serves, 5 passes and 13 assists. Diamond
Kimpel also had 3 points, serving at 100%, with 2 spikes and 2 assists.
Gabriella Bellinger help her team with 2 digs and 1 assists. Amber
Sullivan served at 100% with 4 passes and 1 assists. The team faces TC
Bulldogs Thursday at Bear Lake.
