We came out and
won the first game 25-19. In the second game we struggled on the floor
by not talking and calling the ball and lost 20-25. We then came out
and the game went back and forth with the score very close, but pulled
out the win 26-24. We then played a fourth game where we pulled it
together and won 25-17 for the conference match win. Stacey Keith led
us tonight with 17 points, an ace serve, 44 digs, 3 spikes with 1 kill,
two blocks, 34 sets and 9 tips. Paige Rutowski added 9 points for the
Portagers with 1 ace, 32 digs, 17 spikes with 4 kills, 1 tip and 4
assists. |
Sherece Revolt also had 9 points, was the led passer with 48
digs, 2 spikes, 1 block, 35 sets and 4 tips. Chelsea Miller helped with
7 points and 4 aces, 14 digs, 9 spikes with 4 kills, 14 assists and 5
tips. Olivia Bolthouse also had 7 points with 3 aces, 12 digs, 3 spikes
with 1 kill, 6 tips and 2 assists. Katie Prielipp playing the Libero in
every game came up with 24 digs, 10 assists. We had Andria Reckow, Erin
Brown and Tabitha Bellinger cheering us on all night long. This was a
tough game tonight for the Portagers but they worked through it and
