Brenner Johnson and Cody Sievert
hold their Grungy Golf Ball Awards for play during the 2-Man
Scramble event held at Willow Creek hosted by Walkerville. Brenner and
Cody shot a score of 47 in the competition. The two would have wanted
to be a little closer to par of 36, but, this goes to show that even
good golfers can shoot poorly on a given day. They asked for and
received a special memory of the event when they took home grungy golf
balls wrapped in a BandAid mounted on a base with the days competition
noted. Drew Griswold and Jake Matthews tied for Flight A honors shooting
even par, while Skyler Kimpel and Alex Welch took the Flight C honors
with a score of 42. |
Levi Capper holds his team
medalist award. This award goes to the golfer who establishes the
lowest shooting average for the entire season of play. Levi won this
award in 3 of his 4 years of high school golf team competition.
Congratulations, Levi.
