Laker harriers take sixth, eighth

CARSON CITY — The Bear Lake
High School cross country team got a
taste of what they could face in the
state finals this year at the Carson
City-Crystal Invitational on
Saturday.
“It was a great showing overall by
both teams,” said Bear Lake coach
Eric Ross. “They pretty much saw
their competition at state (finals)
today.” |
Running for the Bear Lake boys were
Jaron Llewellyn (17:38), Chuck
Schoedel (17:39), Ryan Pienta
(18:50), Cody Graf (19:02) and Dan
Brown (19:13). Finishing for the
Laker girls were Jaylee Brown
(20:45), Tobi Schoedel (22:00), Anna
Veverica (22:43), Elizabeth Schoedel
(23:05), Taylor Hagen (24:04) and
Yumi Babinec (24:49).
