Tuesday losing the first game 16-8 and winning the nightcap 8-7. In
game 1, Onekama was led by Kailani Buckner who had two doubles with 4
RBI's and Kelsey Acker who had two hits. We led this game by a score of
8-4 after the third inning but couldn't hang on for the win getting
outscored 12-0 the fine three innings.
Game 2, Onekama bounced back and got a early lead and manage to hang on
for the win in extra innings. With a 6-2 lead after the fourth inning
Mesick came storming back to tie the game at 6-6 in the fifth.

The sixth inning went by with no scoring by
either team so we went to the seventh knotted up. In the top of the
seventh Mesick scored a run and were on the verge of getting a couple
more when we settled down and made some plays defensively. In the
bottom of the seventh with Sherece Revolt on second, Acker walked and
Lexi Howard had a single that scored Revolt to tie the score Sarah
Eipperle came thru with the winning hit to score Acker. It was a great
win for us, we been struggling against the better teams and this was a
big boost for us. ~Coach
