Onekama managed a split on the night losing the first game 7-2 and winning the nightcap by a score of 7-5.  Manistee brought two of their starting varsity pitchers to pitch and both did pretty well.  Maksym pitched game one and struck out 14 batters, giving up 6 hits Sherece Revolt and Kelsey Acker each had two hits.  Chelsea Miller took the loss on the mound but pitched well.    Game 2 Melchert took the mound for the Chip's and struck out 6 batters while giving up 10 hits to the Portagers.  Onekama was led at the plate by Revolt and Acker with three hits each and Brooke Sedelmaier added 2 hits.  Kailani Buckner pitched game 2 picking up the win for the Portagers to improve our record to 6-5-1 on the season.
