Onekama was swept last night
by Marion 25-11 and 11-5.
In game 1 Kieran O'Connor was 3 for 4 at the
plate, Brooke Sedelmaier was 1 for 2 with 2 RBI's and Katie Prielipp was
1 for 2 with a RBI. In game 2 Kieran and Sarah Eipperle each had a hit
and a RBI, Lexi Howard and Chelsea Miller also had hits. |
We just come out flat the first game and were not ready to play, and
against a team the caliber of Marion you just can't do that. I'll give
the ladies credit though they kept fighting. Defensively we could have
played much better than we did.
Game 2 was a much better effort by our ladies, they came out and played
hard. We really stepped up our game defensively in the second game and
