After a Decade of match losses against M.C.C., O.H.S.
broke through the drought and secured the win today at the Manistee
Country Golf Club.
The season opener for the team was an 18
hole non-conference match against MCC, a long time friendly rival. Coach
Zadow stated, " Both teams showed room for improvement. This early in
the season, the team that commits the fewest errors will prevail." There
were some individual strengths, however, the team had 10 penalty strokes
we gave away, narrowing the gap to the final score." The match ended OHS
363 to MCC's 366 giving OHS the win. |
