| ONEKAMA -- The first play of the football match-up between Onekama High School and Ashley on Saturday was a pre-cursor to how physically dominant the Portagers would be, when an Ashley player was injured on the opening kickoff return. There was a game delay while an ambulance was called to take the player to | West Shore Medical Center, with what appeared to be an injury to his wrist. Once the game resumed, the Portagers acted fast, scoring on their first drive on a run by J. J. Randall for the first of several touchdowns the teams would score during the sometimes rainy and cool afternoon... |
