Win 1st Place at Pine River

The Junior High team brought home the first place trophy with a score of 1st Bear Lake/Onekama 20 points, 2nd Benzie Central 65 points; 3rd Kingsley 68 points and 4th Manton 133 points There were a total of 110 Junior High boys and girls combined.

For the girls

  • Jaylee Brown was the 4th girl to cross the finish line in a time of 13:25.42 and received the 4th place medal
  • Nicole Slater finished in a time of 19:53
 For the boys:
  • 1st Ryan Pienta was the overall winner crossing the finishing line in a time of 11:49 and taking home the 1st place medal
