With a good size crowd for the home
opener, the Junior Varsity Onekama Portagers gave them something to watch as they battled with visiting Walkerville Wildcats until the final horn. In the end, experience was the difference as the Wildcats defeated the Onekama Portagers 29-19 on Parent's Night. Leading the Portagers was Sherece Revolt with eight points, six rebounds and two steals. |
Paige Rutowski had seven points, 13 rebounds and three steals. Kailani Buckner contributed with two points and four rebounds. Olivia Bolthouse had two points to go along with three rebounds and two block shots. Walkerville was led by Cosandra Ford with 10 points.
