The Portagers extended their winning streak to 4 in a row beating the Buckley Bears in OT by a score of 49-42. The team really earned the win, hustling after loose balls, executing plays and making some large defensive adjustments. Everyone contributed some quality minutes making things happen on both ends of the floor. Skin points were at a record high with everyone scoring 23 or more. |
Marlee Herkelrath lead with a new all time high of 50. She also led the team in scoring finishing with 19 points. The Portagers are now 8-6 overall. They are back in action at home this Monday for a non-conference game against Manistee Catholic Central.
