While I can't give you all a play by play run down of today's game, today's win against Baldwin breaks down like this!

The Portager's had 318 yards offensively and defensively only gave up 164 yards. Senior,Tom Gillespie had 20 carries for a total of 114 yards and got 3 touchdowns! Dustin Thomas had 6 carries for 72 yards, 1 touch down, kicked an extra point and also kicked a field goal of 19 yards. Dave Gillespie had 12 carries for 64 yards, Freshman J.J Randall carried 7 times for 19 yards.

In passing, Thomas completed 3 out 4 for 51 yards. In recieving, Anthony Reedy caught one of those for 35 yards! Tom Gillespie had two catches for 16 yards. Brett Cronkhite led in tackles with 12, Dustin Thomas had 11, Jeremy Randall 9. Brandon Hilliard got 3 sacks in while Setzer, Cronkhite, Yonkers and Fraley had 2 sacks each. This win has to feel so good right now, especially to the Seniors on the team who remember last years loss to Baldwin with a score of 34-28.

A bust through of a touch down on the first kickoff return by Baldwin of that game stunned even the fans. A win is always great for morale and a win on your home field adds frosting to the cake! The candles get to be added when it is a score settled and the Portagers did just that today with a 28-6 win over Baldwin!
