	Their mood matched the temperature as the Portager boys competed in their first meet of the season on a very unseasonable 70+ degree afternoon. The boys warmed up to the temps and raced off with a first place total of 104.5 points, followed by the Manistee Chippewas with 55.5 point, and the Buckley Bears coming up in third place with 14 points. Several athletes scored personal records (known in the business as "PRs") en route to their team’s victory, as Onekama trackletes enjoyed the first meet of the year on their home track.
