Flushing
Invitational at Crystal Mountain: January 22, 2005 |
Snow or lack of it should I say, has
played a nasty role in the ski season this year, but with
the approaching Flushing Invitational the team knew the
weather would change. After all, it has snowed and snowed
hard for every Flushing Invitational since they have been
attending. Team members went to bed confident that when
they arose for the race in the morning, there would be
new falling snow. Snow it did, and the race went on as
scheduled. The boy's finished the meet as a team in 2nd
place. The ladies finished the day as a team in 3rd
place. Girls
Slalom: Girls GS: Thank you Dawn
Johnson for braving the weather to take these photos of
our racers. Dawn will be back to capture the rest of the
team members at future Coach Dale Miller The next race for the teams will be Wednesday 1-26-05 at Crystal Mt. with a start time of 5pm. |
